In commemoration of Veterans Day, join us on Monday, November 11, to honor and pay tribute to those military members, living and deceased, who have served our country in war and peace.
As a small token of our appreciation, The Henry Ford invites all active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families* to visit Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation free of charge in honor of the observed holiday.
Simply present your military ID at any ticketing counter when you arrive.

Free Tour: Innovators Who Served
1:00 p.m. Museum Plaza
Many of the stories in our collections are linked to veterans and the U.S. military. Join us for this free, 30-minute tour as we dive deeper into these innovative veterans. The tour begins in the museum plaza.
U.S. Forest Service - America the Beautiful: National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Passes
9:30 a.m - 3:00 p.m. Museum Welcome Center
The U.S. Forest Service will be passing out free America the Beautiful: National Parks & Federal Recreational Lands Passes to veterans and active military personnel who present valid non-expired forms of identification. For a list of valid forms of identification to bring with you, please visit: store.usgs.gov/MilitaryPass
Veterans are eligible to receive lifetime passes and active military are eligible to receive annual passes to more than 2,000 federal recreation sites spread out across more than 400 million acres of public lands, including national parks, wildlife refuges and forests.
Not able to make it to the museum to redeem a pass? Veterans and active military can order passes online by paying a $10 processing fee to the U.S. Geological Survey: store.usgs.gov/recreational-passes
