Trick or Treat Neighborhood Rest Stop

Owosso City Church will be open during Trick or Treat hours with candy, games, popcorn and hot beverages for anyone needing to take a rest from Trick or Treating. Our bathrooms and diaper change facilities will be available as well. Stop for a few minutes or stay and hang out.
