What is included:

-Paper Plate Half

-Red & white streamers

-Blue construction paper

-Star stickers

What you’ll need:

-Glue

-Markers

How to make it:

-Tear the blue construction paper into pieces and glue them to your paper plate half.

-Decorate the blue area with the star stickers.

-Glue the red and white streamers to the back side of your paper plate.
