Read the Book, Watch the Movie

Here at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library we believe in reading the book before you watch the movie. Join us for our summer book club series where you read the book, and then we show the movie! Read the book as a family or on your own before the movie showing dates to really enjoy the whole experience. This is a drop-in program.

The last refuge for the human race is losing its light source and is at risk of living in the dark. Lina, a messenger, finds what she believes is a secret message that will save her city. She and her friend Doon must race to find all of the clues to keep the city's lights on before it is too late.
