To maintain a symphony orchestra in the Grosse Pointes as a community project.
To offer each year a full season of symphonic music with outstanding soloists.
To provide non-professional and professional musicians the opportunity to perform in a community orchestra of high quality.
To promote music appreciation in people of all ages.
