Dauner-Martin Nature Sanctuary
Dauner-Martin Nature Sanctuary is quiet gem in Fenton the 174 acre park belongs to Michigan Nature Association with entrances and parking on Dauner Road and North Leroy Street (Fenton Road). The Dauner-Martin trail system has 4.5 miles of rustic marked trails and feels like a step out into the wilderness, right inside city limits. As a nature preserve, Dauner-Martin has no restroom facilities, but there are benches and wooden boardwalks courtesy of local Boy Scouts, all within the preserve.
