Annual Member Artists Exhibit

The Shiawassee Arts Center’s 27th Annual Member Artists Show is on exhibit now through July 7th. The show, which is sponsored by Joy Welty, features the multi-media work of nearly 100 Michigan artists from as far away as Grand Rapids, Mt. Pleasant and Royal Oak. 

The artist reception, which is open and free to the public, is Saturday May 18, 4-6pm. The presentation of $1000 in awards by the show’s juror, artist and instructor Armin Mersmann of Midland will take place at 6:00. Additional awards were chosen by the SAC Board of Directors and SAC Executive Director Piper Brewer and awards in memory of SAC’s co-founders, Dolly Woodard and Ann Moore.
