AHCS Athletics 5K and Cougar Dash

The AHCS Athletics 5K is for the entire family! This year, we have introduced the Cougar Cub Dash, which is open to participants aged 10 years and younger. The course is designed as an out-and-back route. Water and aid stations are located at the turnaround (approximately 1.6 miles), and 3m.
