A 5K running race and also 5K and 1 mile walk options through Mt. Pleasant's beautiful parks! This is an event being brought to the Mt. Pleasant community by Zion Lutheran Church located on River Road in Mt. Pleasant and Christ the King Lutheran Chapel located on Central Michigan University’s campus. The goal is to provide fellowship amongst the community of Mt. Pleasant enjoying God’s creation through exercise!
At the event you will notice a presence of United States Army recruiters as they are helping us with the race. A big thank you to the Mt. Pleasant US Army recruiting center and thank you to all armed force members and veterans for serving our country!
Location of the start /finish line of the race: Island Park by west pavilion (331 N Main St). Race starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday September 7, 2024!
