Oyster Tasting Cruise

Learn about oyster farming from some of Maine’s fantastic oyster farmers on this tasty two-hour river cruise. Hear how oysters are cultivated, harvested, taken to market and learn why different watershed habitats impact their flavor. Each guest will receive a ticket for a dozen oysters on the half-shell and a beverage of choice from the museum’s beer and wine list.  Sit back and take in spectacular river views, learn about Maine’s thriving oyster industry and sample some of the tastiest treats the Maine coast has to offer. Additional oysters can be purchased aboard.
