Energy Art with Cats

Part art. Part mindfulness. All joy! Energy Art is visual journaling where you let your inner child out to color and play! Using pastels and paper, create a visual mantra to harness energy for manifestation. Energy Art can be a private experience, and we don’t show artwork in class.

All materials are provided and the pastels are yours to take home. No previous art experience is required.
