Bailey's Orchard
About Us:
The orchard was started over 60 years ago by Jesse and Maxine Bailey. The Orchard sets on a 100 acre plot of land. Approximately half of the land is in forest and the rest in fields and orchard. The farm has been in the family for over 200 years.
The barn we use to run our business in was built out of lumber cut from our forests over 100 years ago by Jesse Bailey.
The orchard is now run by second and third generations of the Bailey family.
Our family invites you and your family to come to our orchard and barn in the fall to enjoy the fall harvest and scenery. We appreciate your business and we hope to see you in the fall.
At the Orchard we grow over 50 varieties of apples, 7 varieties of pears, 3 varieties of plums, crabapples, pumpkins squash and gourds. Our barn is open mid-August with early apples, plums, crabapples, honey and fudge.
Pick your own apples starts Labor Day weekend and ends approximately late October. The barn and orchard are open seven days a week - rain or shine.
