8th Annual Gray Blueberry Festival

You’re guaranteed to have a great time at our annual family-friendly, Gray Wild Blueberry Festival celebrating all things wild blueberry! Enjoy the day at Gray’s largest outdoor party filled with: Live Music, Food Trucks, Fire Trucks, Wild Maine Blueberry Pie Eating Contests, Wild Maine Blueberry Dessert Bake-Off, Spelling Bee (for 1st to 5th graders only), Master Beekeeper, ‘Made in Maine’ Arts & Craft Vendors, Swing Band, Community Expo, Gentle Yoga on the Lawn, Lawn Games, Corn Hole Tournaments, Chain Saw Carving Demo, Inflatables, Dunk Tank, Sprinklers (if it’s hot enough out), 1/4 Mile Fun Run, Kids Tent.  Activities may change each year and a few more get added every year!


Schedule:

9:00 am - 3:00 pm(various times throughout the day)
G-NG HS Equilibrium - Robotics' Team on the basketball court
Stonehedge Chainsaw Carving, out in LL centerfield
Gentle Yoga On the lawn - Free
9:00-10:00 am - SLUkes 15+ members ukulele group, under the maple trees
10:00-11:00 am - Zoot Jumpers, 5-piece swing and jazz, on stage under the 'Big Tent You're all invited to Swing Dance!
10:45-11:15 am - Kids Fun Run, FREE, register at Fest Info booth
11:30 am-12:00 pm - Wild Blueberry Pie Eating Contests, on the blacktop - Adults' Contest followed by Kids Contest
11:30-12:30 pm - Zoot Jumpers 5-piece swing and jazz, on stage under the Big Tent'. You're all invited to Swing Dance!
12:15-1:30 pm - Corn Hole Tournament - Register at Girl Scout Troop 587/163 Two levels - Social teams and Competitive teams
12:30-1:00 pm - Spelling Bee - FREE, Grades 1st to 5t", takes place under the maple trees
12:30 pm - Wild Blueberry Bake-Off - FREE, 1:00 PM Judging at Fest Info Tent
12:45-1:20 pm and 1:40-2:30 pm - Ricochet Barbershop Quartet, starts on stage under the 'Big Tent' Then find them under the maple trees
1:45-2:15 pm - Wild Blueberry Pie Eating Contests, under the maple trees Kids' Contest followed by Adults' Contest
1:45-3:00 pm - Living Highway 2-piece Americana, album covers and original music, on stage under the 'Big Tent'
3:00pm - Festival Ends
