Pleasant Valley 4-Mile

Be ready for a challenging out and back course.  Start by having a gradual downhill for the first mile but don't forget that you have to run the same hill on the way back UP!  Note: Although this race starts at the same location as the Bear Run 4-miler, it is NOT the same course.
