Noir City DC: The Washington DC Film Noir Festival

Year in and year out, Eddie Muller and the Film Noir Foundation (FNF) team deliver an impeccably curated selection of films noir, combining canonical classics with wonderful rarities ripe for rediscovery. In response to the tumultuous current climate surrounding immigration, this year Noir City DC declares that "Darkness Has No Borders." The lineup features 15 thematically linked double bills, connecting non-English language films noir with movies made in the United States and United Kingdom.

Eddie Muller, host of TCM's NOIR ALLEY, will introduce screenings on the festival's opening weekend, October 11–13. Film historian Foster Hirsch will introduce screenings October 18–20.
