The Crisfield National Hard Crab Derby is a favorite annual Labor Day weekend event on the Maryland Eastern Shore, a unique crab themed event that includes crab races, crab cooking and picking contests, crafts, live entertainment, beauty pageants, parade, fireworks and more. Known by many as "The Crab Capital of the World", Crisfield is home to many seafood restaurants and the Somers Cove Marina, one of the largest marinas on the East Coast.

11:00am: Parade on Maryland Avenue
12:00pm: Marina Grounds Open- $1.00 Admission
12:00pm-10:00pm: Carnival- S25.00 (Wristband) S1.00 (Tickets)- 5-hour increments
12:30pm: Parade Winner's Announced on Show Mobile
1:00pm: Crab Picking Contest
2:30pm: Crab Races
4:00pm: Basketball Tournament / Youth Activities
8:00pm-10:00pm: Smitty and On the Edge- SI0.00 (Per Person)
National Hard Crab Derby Parade on Main Street Route:
Starts at Somerset Avenue and W. Main Street (11:00am, Sat. Aug. 31)
Ends at 6th Street and W. Main Street
