It's our favorite day of the year, Harbor Halloween! Join us for an afternoon full of spooktacular fun for the whole family.

Schedule of Events:

Noon - 5pm: Children in costume ride free on The Capital Wheel with a paying adult

12:30 - 2:30pm: Trick-or-treating at participating locations

12:30 - 2:30pm: Meet & greet with our community partners in the Capital Canopy

1:00 - 2:30pm: Screening of Hocus Pocus on the Plaza Screen

2:30pm: Chef Pumpkin Carving Contest on the Plaza Stage

2:45pm: Pet Costume Pawrade on the Plaza Stage.
