Special event and activities will Take place throughout the day:

10:00am:Flag Raising Ceremony at Watermen's Memorial near the entrance to solomons Island

11:00am:Youth Bike Parade at Begins and concludes at our lady star of the sea(in the rear parking lot)

12:00pm:Boat Parade at Begins in back Creek and proceeds to the patuxent river past the riverside boardwalk

12:00pm-03:00pm:Free Historical Adventure Quest for Kids with Revolutionary War Reenactors at Begins at the corbin pavilion at the calvert marine museum

Free Concert by the Calvert Brass Consortium at Corbin pavilion at the calvert marine museum

Visit an Award Winner Restaurant-All day-All Across the island

07:00pm-09:00pm:Free Live Concert at the boardwalk gazedo

09:15pm:Fireworks at visible from nearby all points on solomons island
