Get your blood pumping the morning of the 4th with our annual three mile fun run!
RACE DAY REGISTRATION RUNS FROM 6:45-7:45 AM
Spirit of Sandwich race day tee available at event for $15!
You may register online or the day of the race. However we HIGHLY encourage you to avoid the lines and register early.
Pre-registration closes on June 28.
Runners must be 13 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult. Prizes will be awarded to the first place overall winners in the mens' and womens' categories only.
Location: Parking lot behind the Henry T. Wing School.

Everyone is invited to participate in the Spirit of Sandwich Parade!
All who wish to enter a float, group, antique car or walking group may register online or contact the Sandwich Recreation Department at 508-888-4361 to register and receive further information.
Float Contest
We will once again be hosting a float contest during the parade. Winners will be recognized at a short awards ceremony immediately after the parade. Judging categories for float contest are:
Best Overall - Most Patriotic - My Hometown - Most Creative
Picnic in The Park On July 4th
After our Fourth of July parade, the fun doesn't stop! Come on by to the Henry T. Wing School at 33 Water Street to enjoy a midday family picnic from 12:00-2:00 PM. Enjoy the music of DJ Stephanie Viva and play lawn games in the park such as cornhole, ladder ball, and more!
Our Famous Egg Toss!
During Picnic in the Park on the 4th of July, make sure you join in on our annual, spectacular, Town Egg Toss immediately following the parade!
Prizes will be awarded to winners. Plus, bragging rights.
The Fireman's Muster
After the egg toss and other field games, cool down at the annual fireman's muster, sponsored by the Sandwich Fire Department!
Join us at the Henry T. Wing School, 33 Water Street during the field events.
