Southcoast Health Lung Cancer Screening Event

Join us on Saturday, November 2 from 8am-1pm for a Lung Cancer Screening Event at the Southcoast Health Cancer Center located at 208 Mill Road in Fairhaven.  

Lung Cancer Screening enables your care team to detect disease early before it may cause symptoms. As part of the screening a low-dose CT scan (LDC) can help detect abnormal areas in the lungs that are linked to cancer.

This screening event is available at no cost for eligible patients*. Please register below to see if you qualify for a Low-Dose CT scan and have our team schedule it for you.

Screenings recommended for:

• Those 50 years and older
• Active smoker
• Those who quit smoking less than 15 years ago

There will be Informational sessions with Dr. Tammy Gleeson at 9am and 11am. Educational materials, blood pressure checks, glucose, A1Cs and Cholesterol checks are also available at the event.

*Further screening subject to applicable insurance plan requirements/ No copays or other cost to patients meeting screening criteria unless required by your insurance plan.
