Kennedy Community Health 5K Walk and Run at Polar Park
In partnership with the Worcester Red Sox, Kennedy Community Health hosts this fun, family-friendly event to support accessible health care in over 100 communities across Central and MetroWest Massachusetts. Please join us as we raise money and awareness for our mission to help people live healthier lives.
The event will feature a 5K run loop that brings participants down and around the Canal District and Downtown areas of Worcester. Walkers will have the opportunity to join the runners out on the roads for the official 5K course, or stay within Polar Park and walk 1/4 mile laps around the warning track on the field. As a family-friendly event, we will have appearances from our favorite hometown mascots and kids will have the opportunity to participate in a kids fun run.
Schedule:
8:30am - registration opens
9:30am - 5K run begins
9:35am - Kids’ fun run begins
9:45am - Walk begins
