Nature, culture, commerce and human life collide, with sheer survival at stake as sharks, surfers, scientists and society fight for everything they value.

Nick Budabin is an award-winning filmmaker and Emmy-winning producer and TV showrunner. Nick’s television work includes series for Vice, A&E, YouTube, MTV and OWN. Nick’s first feature, Chi-Town, premiered at SXSW and went on to win the Audience Award at the Black Harvest Film Festival in Chicago and Best Director at the Las Cruces Film Festival in New Mexico before being acquired by Amazon.

Matt Elkind has been innovating in the world of visual storytelling for over two decades. In the TV realm, Matt’s massive catalog for outlets like Bravo, Hulu, Lifetime, E!, MTV and HBO Max has helped set the standard for premium unscripted content.
