Join personal chef Peggy Eagan in Highfield’s kitchen for a culinary journey to Mexico!
Peggy will make a delicious Mexican brunch including conchas (Mexican sweet breads that look like seashells), fish ceviche, and chilaquiles with scrambled eggs. You will get to engage with Peggy throughout this demonstration and tasting class and learn about her Mexican heritage and the traditions of Cinco de Mayo, as well as ingredients and techniques you can use in your own kitchen.
As a bonus, Peggy will share Mexican candy samples from her recent trip!
