The Canal Day 5K is one of a day full of events that take place as part of Cape Cod Canal Day and is hosted by the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce. Race begins at 9am and runs along the water on the Canal Service Road followed at 11am by food trucks, craft beer & wine, the annual cornhole tournament, kids activities, arts & craft vendors and live entertainment.

1st place male and female in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

The t-shirt deadline is the end of the day Tuesday, August 27th
Please be sure to register before the deadline if you would like to ensure that you get a shirt.
Bib pickup and on site registration will be available on race day at Buzzards Bay Recreation Area beginning at 8:00 am
Due to many of the Canal Day events that cannot take place in the rain, there is a rain date of 9/22/24. If the Canal Day events are moved to the rain date, the race will also be moved to the rain date.
