9:30 am Check-in / bib pick up at the Gray Barn: On-site registration available until 10:15am
10:15 am Post Registration closes
10:50 am head out to starting line (1/2 mile away!)

Course:
USATF Certified Fast and flat 5K course on closed roads! Start with a downhill running start on Main St just west of Whitin Community Center at Grove St before going through Memorial Square onto Linwood Ave. Take a quick spin into the Northbridge High School parking lot before continuing out Linwood Ave and turning around at the Linwood Apartments (New China Pacific restaurant). Then it's a straight shot back to the finish line at Memorial Square on Linwood Ave. A single aid-station at the entrance to the high school is passed 3 times.
