Veterans Day Flag Raising Ceremony

Please join the Bank of Zachary for the 16th annual Veterans Day Flag-Raising Ceremony on Monday, November 11 at 7:30am at the Regional Veterans Park behind Lane Regional Medical Center. Retired Army veteran, Lieutenant Colonel Darren Spears, will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Iraq veteran, Bryan Powell, will offer remarks during the program.

Cadets from the Army Junior ROTC at Zachary High, under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Spears, along with local Boy Scout troops, will provide the flag detail. Patriotic music will be provided by the Zachary High Band and Choir under Band Director Jason Venable and Choir Director Cierra Fountain. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony. Join us as we honor all veterans for their service and sacrifice.
