The Columns Hotel, New Orleans, LA

Built in 1883 and part of the National Register of Historic Places, The Columns hotel is not just a grand hotel uptown on St. Charles Avenue. Today, the hotel embodies much of its restorative features that came together in 2012 when local businessman Michael Jenkins purchased it. The huge hotel takes up an entire city bloc of downtown with the original building now holding 93 guest rooms.
