The 2023 Lower 9 Festival  kicks off  with a  second line featuring the Original CTC Steppers Social Aide & Pleasure Club & the Stooges Brass Band.

The day will continue with  27 performers on 2 stages, Kids Activity Zone, 30+ vendors & pop up shop, and service providers in a covered community resources area provided by 60+ businesses, organizations, and government agencies.
