The cooking of the 5,000 + Giant Omelette is on Sunday afternoon only.

6:00 am - Giant Omelette Ride Registration. Register

9:00 am - Official Mass - St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church 

9:00 am - 4:30 pm - Arts & Crafts Show

9:00 am - 4:30 pm  - Food Show

9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Antique Car/Implement viewing 

10:00 - 1:00 - Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie

1:00 pm - Procession of Chefs and Eggs 

1:15-TABASCO© Girls Dance Team (Concord Street)

1:15-French Immersion students from LeBlanc Elementary will sing

1:30 pm - end of celebration - Fa Tras Local Cajun Band

1:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Omelette Preparation & Serving
