9:45 AM: Fair workers' Mass in the LCC Gym (Past and present Royalty arrive at 9:15 for photos.)
10:30 AM-1:30 PM: Live Music by Waylon Thibodeaux
10:30 AM-6:00 PM: Food Booths Open
11:00-11:30 AM: Festival Royalty Grand March under the Pavilion
11:00 AM–3:00 PM: Les Artistes Du Bayou Exhibit Open
11:30 AM: Performance by Alstarz Cheerleading
1:30 PM: Kids Costume Contest (0-4, 5-9, 10+) followed by Trick-or-Treating booth to booth
2:00-6:00 PM: Live Music by Don Rich
5:45 PM: Drawing for $2,500 Raffle and Booth Raffles
