Downtown Shreveport's Cirque du Lake, hosted on Lake Street by the Agora Borealis and neighboring businesses. The event is FREE to attend and all ages friendly. It will include plenty of art, vendors, music, food and so much more. Local artists will be displaying their art, and Lake Street storefronts will be open for the public to meet and greet the businesses owners
