Rocktoberfest

Rocktoberfest is RRGCC's largest fundraiser each the year and is what enables the Coalition to make their mortgage payments, manage over 1,100 acres of climbing land and roads, and to save money for future purchases. The event runs Thursday through Sunday and consists of sponsor booths with the latest gear, raffles and contests for prizes, movie night, live music, food trucks, climbing competitions, and clinics taught by professional athletes on Saturday and Sunday.

Schedule:

8:00 a.m: Cinnamon Rolls and Coffee at Miguel's Gear Shop
8:00 a.m: Black Diamond Golden Carabiner Scavenger Hunt 30 carabiners, 60 prizes - Win cash and gear
8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m: Yoga in the Hangar ($5 Suggested Donation)
8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m: Shoe and Harness Demos at Land of the Arches
9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Trango Trail Day... Lunch provided (pre-register under Volunteer Registration)
9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Clinics with the Pros (pre-registration required)

9:30 a.m: SCARPA Holler Dash with Red Bull (open to all)
Best costumes, mullets, jorts, and other debauchery highly recommended
Win brand new trail running shoes from SCARPA

5:00 p.m: Sponsor Booths and Food Vendors Open
5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Raffle and Silent Auction -- All proceeds to the RRGCC

6:30 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Ocún Jam and Pull Finals
7:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: DJs and Dynos (yeah, a dyno comp) with Joshua Tree Skin Care and Trango
8:30 p.m: RRGCC Raffle, Comp Winners and Special Announcements
9:00 p.m: Live Music from Widely Grown and DJ Ty Latte
