Premiere Performance of 'The Way of Light'

Experience the premiere of "THE WAY OF LIGHT," an original spoken word operetta performed by artist vanessa german and an intergenerational community choir. This work— both a performance piece and a work of public art— weaves together movement, collective voice, and ritual in commemoration of Brown v. Board at 70.

A public reception will take place at 6:30pm, and the operetta will begin at 8pm. A talk-back discussion with german and members of the choir will follow the performance. Find more event details here.
