Memorial Day Challenge at Salina Family YMCA Salina Kansas

Honor our veterans and pay tribute to all who have sacrificed for our country. This special FREE workout event includes:

Run on the trail behind the YMCA. (1/4, 1/2, and 1-mile options)

Pull Ups in the Strength Annex (New Rogue Room). Ring-rows and bands for assistance will be available.

Push Ups (Get down and knock 'em out)

Squats (Get it)

Second Run will be on the trail behind the YMCA. (1/4, 1/2, and 1-mile options)

A weighted vest is optional, and the workout is modifiable in terms of distance and numbers, depending on the person.
