Lake Quivira Triathlon
The Lake Quivira Triathlon offers a flat, fast course that travels through the scenic terrain of the most relaxing and beautiful lake community in the Kansas City area.
The Lake Quivira Triathlon has become one of the most popular events in the Midwest! It is a laid back, family event. With a cap of 120 participants, this day out at the lake will fill up fast!
The Lake Quivira Triathlon offers a unique course design and distance not found anywhere else. The course begins with a 500 meter swim in Lake Quivira, followed by 2 loops along the scenic roads around the lake (approximately 9 miles total) and finishes with a 5K run.
All participants will get a race shirt, swim cap, an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.

Upon arrival at Lake Quivira, proceed through security, and continue on Crescent Blvd. Follow signs to participant parking.
SPECTATOR PARKING:
Upon arrival at Lake Quivira, proceed through security, and continue on Crescent Blvd. Follow signs to spectator parking.
Schedule
7:00 am: Transition Open to all participants
7:50 am: Transition Closes to all participants
8:00 am: Presentation of Colors and National Anthem
8:15 am: Race Begins
11:00 am: Awards Ceremony

Pancake Breakfast
Join us for pancakes at Blessing Park (9:30 am) - $6.00 adults and $4.00 for kids after the event. Cash only. Try to arrive prior to 7:30 if you are cheering on participants or after 9:45 to avoid the race.

Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers, as well as the top team.
