What is Sound Healing?
Sound therapy is a form of energy healing utilizing the vibration and sound of music’s harmonic tones to promote deep healing and cellular regeneration. Sound therapy uses a specific range of physically audible sound to subtly immerse the recipient into the frequencies being played, allowing the physical and energetic bodies to access their prime resonant frequency (PRF).
