Noon Year's Eve at Wells County Public Library

The entire family is invited for a countdown to Noon with a balloon drop, crafts, snacks, story time under the stars in the Story Hour room, and scavenger hunt in the Children's Room. Fancy festive attire is welcome, but not required. No registration needed.
