We are looking for volunteers to help with the 2024 Festival! If you would like to volunteer, please come to our next committee meeting!

We are looking for people to join our sub-committees:
- Vendors - Craft, retail and food
- Tractor Drawing
- Entertainment
- Alma Smock Art Show
- Cow Patty Bingo
- Parade
- Jean and George Everett Kid's Tractor Pull​

Our membership meets on the first Monday of every month at 6:30pm in the Festival Building.

10am-9pm - Vendors Open
10am-8pm - Alma Smock Arts and Crafts Show (Inside The Festival Building)
11am-5pm - Naptown Nissan Fall Carmeet Carshow and Drifting (Spider Graphix)
11:30am-12:30pm - Apple Pickers Dulcimer Group
12:45pm - Tractor Ticket #450 Drawing (Main Stage)
1pm - Tractor Raffle Drawing (Main Stage)
1pm-6pm - Pony Rides (Post Office)
2pm - Corky The Clown Magic Show (Pavilion)
3:00pm - Cow Patty Bingo Game #1 (Walnut and Main)
4:30pm - Jean Everett Memorial Kid’s Pedal Tractor Pull (Sherrill’s Drywall)
5pm - Derek Chastain (Main Stage)
7:30pm - Cow Patty Bingo Game #2 (Walnut and Main)
7pm-10pm - Highway 36 Band (Country Music) Presented By The Monrovia Festival and Community Association
