About the Show: People say time heals all wounds, but then again, most people are idiots. Especially when compared to a genius like Gotye. You undoubtedly know the song "Somebody That I Used to Know," but you may not know this harrowing and completely fictional story behind it. As we follow the 3 time Grammy winner's return to his hometown on the eve of his ex-girlfriend's wedding, this darkly comedic chamber piece asks the universal human questions, "what happens when Gotye can't let go of the past?", "What if Gotye's version of the past is a lie?" and, most importantly, "where the hell is Kimbra?" Come ready to laugh, gasp, and potentially cry* as three seasoned Indy actors bring the story behind Gotye's earworm hit out of the ether and into your eyeballs. Results may vary, crying not guaranteed
