About the Show: In a distorted landscape, a trans body tries to make sense of their own destructive pulsions, and how to deal with their transformation.
It looked as if they had never been here is a reflection on transmasculinity and the meaning of letting go of what doesn't belong to you anymore.

About Jo Vignola: Based in Montréal, Jo Vignola is an emerging performance artist and designer in the fields of theatre and dance. With their creations, they seek an intimate practice by uncovering the layers of individual experiences to amplify the sensitive aspects.
Through their interest in transdisciplinary creation methods, Jo Vignola explores the staging of living tableaus where bodies and technical mediums submit to a single narrative.This production contains nudity, depictions of transphobia and animal death. It is recommended for audiences 18+
