Black y Brown Arts Festival

The Black y Brown Arts Festival (ByB) is a celebration and showcase of African, African-American, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian, Pacific Islanders, and Native American creative arts and artists, affirming community space, preserving arts appreciation, and pride in the spirit of diversity of the local Bloomington community. The festival will provide a medium for local talent to showcase visual and performance art in an environment that engages the audience with artists and their work.

A free, family-friendly arts market will be open from 10 am at the Switchyard Park Pavillion that will feature food vendors, community art activities, and community info booths.  Following the market will be a live show of performance groups and bands at the Switchyard Park Amphitheater.
