Twin City Farmers Market
About Us:
The Twin City Market (TCM for short) was started as a project of the Northwest Illinois Ag Coalition (NIAC). TCM started operations as a farmers' market in mid-July 2005 after the generous contribution of a building and funds from the City of Sterling, Illinois. Because of its indoor location, Twin City Market can be open year round.
Year-round offerings include locally grown beef, pork, free range chicken and eggs. Homegrown produce, organic herbs (fresh in the summer, dried in the winter), honey, jams, jellies, sauces, baked goods (pies, breads, cookies, cakes), black walnuts, homemade noodles, soaps, soy candles, rag rugs, baskets, knitwear, home decor, art, crafts. Gift certificates are available.
