We’re excited to host youth between the ages of 5 and 14 at the North Shore Youth Triathlon.

Times listed below are approximate and depend on where athletes from different age groups are on the course.
6:00 am – Transition opens at ETHS
6:15 am – Roads close
7:00 am – Transition closes for 11–14-year-olds
7:15 am – Transition closes for 7–10-year-olds
7:15 am – Race start for 11–14-year-olds
8:00 am – Race start for 7–10-year-olds
8:30 am – Race start for 5–6-year-olds
Awards – After the last athlete crosses the finish line and the timer has validated all finish times.
SWAG & Awards
All participants receive an event t-shirt and medal.
Youth triathletes (ages 7–14) will be chip-timed and the top three finishers will receive awards.
The award ceremony will take place after the last athlete crosses the finish line and the timer has validated all finish times.
Event Distances & Pricing
We are offering a multi-registrant discount. When registering at the same time, the first child is full price but each subsequent child is $5 off.
The NSYT is a USAT sponsored event. Each athlete must be a USAT member. Membership can be purchased during registration. There are two options for membership: the annual membership ($10) is good for a full year of racing; the premier membership ($25) is valid from the date of purchase until the athlete turns 18.
