Kennekuk Road Runners - Howl at the Moon
The Race Will Be Run in the Opposite Direction This Year. This Means for You All of You Race Veterans You Will Be Running or Walking Down Watermelon Hill. Start and Finish at the Laury Barn (Big Red Barn). The Course is a 3.25 Mile Loop Through the Park. The Course is a Mix of Grass, Gravel, and Pavement. There is a Full Aid Station Around the Halfway Point of the Course. Runners Can Have Their Own Aid at the Start/finish, Including Crew Support.
Howl at the Moon - Race Begins Outside the Laury Barn at 7:30am. You Must Check in and Pick Up Your Bib From Your Scorer Before the Race.
Runners:
Pacers. Only One Pacer Per Loop. Pacers Must Sign Waiver and Wear a Bib. Pacers Can Start at 11:30 Am. No Pacers on Out and Backs.
Loops Are Counted by Personal Scorers for Each Age Division.
You Must Check in With Your Scorer Each Loop.
Your Scorer is Always Right.
Runners Cannot Start a Loop After 3:00pm
1/4 Mile Out and Back Course Starts at 3:00pm
Last 30 Minutes the Out and Backs -as Many as You Can Before 3:30pm
Walkers:
