9:00am: The Apple Stand opens

9:00am: Decorated Cakes, Theme Baskets and Cookie Baskets registration at Country Companies office, Jill Kunzeman, Chairman

9:00am: Apple Pie Contest Registration at The Apple Stand next to the library, Sam Kessinger, Chairman

9:30am – 9:45am: Registration of Kiddie Parade at stage

9:45am -10:00am: Judging of Kiddie Parade Entries

10:00am: Kiddie Parade Begins – Alicia Evans, Chairman

10:30am: Baby Contest – Raegan Stauffer, Chairman

11:00am: Children’s Games on Library Lawn, Jessica Jones, Chairman

11:00am: Car and Tractor Show judging begins

12:00pm: Judging of Apple Pie entries begins

12:00pm: Car Show Awards announced at the stage

1:30pm: Antique Tractor Parade, Ashley Scranton, GP FFA Advisor

2:00pm: MAGNIFICENT MILE PARADE – Route 107 through the town square – Jill Kunzeman, Chairman

Directly after the parade the Boy Scouts will hold their Scoutbox Derby down the boulevard on the Northwest corner of the square

4:30pm: Presentation of parade trophies at the stage

5:00pm: Hourly Drawing Ticket Table Opens

6:00pm: Hourly Drawing

6:00pm: Quincy Ax Throwing will open

6:10pm: Mini Cheer Camp performance led by the GP High School Cheerleaders, led by Brandi Bennett, Sponsor

6:20pm: GPMS Cheerleaders Perform, led by Lexi Manson and Audrie Weir, Sponsors

6:30pm: Introduction of the new 2023 GAF Royalty and new 2023 Perry Pioneer Day Royalty

6:35pm: Cake, Cookie Basket, and Theme Basket Auction begins

7:45pm: Hourly Drawing

8:00pm: Quincy Ax Throwing Concludes

8:00pm: Entertainment by Mississippi Pearl– band will begin directly after the auction concludes

10:00pm: Last Hourly Drawings and Grand Drawings

10:00pm: The Apple Stand closes
