Wagon Days
Welcome to Wagon Days!
Schedule of Events
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Wagon Days Big Hitch Parade
Join us for one of the country's most remarkable non-motorized parades, featuring an impressive display of museum-quality carriages, carts, and stagecoaches. Riding clubs and cultural equestrians highlight the diverse tapestry of Idaho's equestrian traditions.
For the Grande Finale, prepare to be transported back in time! The Big Hitch, showcases the iconic Lewis Ore Wagons pulled by an authentic and awe-inspiring 20 mule team, just as they were in history. The team is skillfully guided by mule-skinner Bobby Tanner, who utilizes the historic jerkline method to drive them. It is a truly extraordinary sight to behold!
2:30 PM - Wagon Days Street Party: Live concert featuring Chris Hennessee
After the Parade - Wagon Days Street Party
Following the passing of the Big Hitch down Main Street, pop over to Ketchum Town Square for the Wagon Days Street Party, featuring a live concert with music from Southern rock and outlaw picker Chris Hennessee.
