Spring Dash

United Way of North Idaho is excited to announce a bigger and better partnership with Cascadia Timing who will be taking the Dash to new distances: 5k, 10k and a half marathon!

Same great cause, same gorgeous start spot, still a Bloomsday qualifier, just more options for our Dashers!
So, mark your calendars for April 27, 2024 because we're running! Registration is open!

Courses.
All courses are out and back on paved surfaces with the start and finish at the McEuen Park pavilion. These are relatively flat and fast courses that take in the scenic beauty of Lake Couer d'Alene....one of the true gems of North Idaho! The 5K, 10K and half marathon courses are USATF certified.
