The biggest challenge for new shooters is getting started! First Shots makes getting started easy, with a low-pressure introductory class designed for absolute beginners from ages 13 and up. At a First Shots course, students: Learn about firearm safety and rules Basic fundamentals of shooting (grip, stance, sights, trigger) Understanding of our shooting facility and classes Shooting sports opportunities for all levels of interest Take the first shots in our state of the art live fire range with .22 caliber pistols (10 rounds) Information on how to continue training.
