Art Under the Elms Fair

The 39th annual Art Under the Elms is a three-day arts festival presented by Lewis-Clark State College’s Center for Arts & History. This cherished community event benefits both the participating artists & LC State’s Center for Arts & History. The Center’s mission is to connect the campus, community, & world through experiences in arts, culture, & the humanities.
