4th of July Celebration at Sandpoint Lions Club
Join us for our 4th of July parade as we celebrate our community's rich history as a timber town. We honor our past and present contributions of the logging industry with this year's theme, 'Back to our Roots.' Our 2024 Grand Marshals, Shirley Stevens and Norma Laude, will lead the parade. Come pay tribute to our heritage and celebrate with us! To participate in the 2024 parade, you must fill out an application and pay our $45 registration fee. On July 4th, check in at the registration table located on the corner of 5th and Church between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. to receive your entry number and start lining up. The children's parade starts first at 9:30 a.m., with the grand parade to follow starting promptly at 10 a.m. The festivities then move to Sandpoint City Beach, where we will be selling food and drinks, raffle tickets, and giving away free ice cream, with other fun activities to be announced! Once the sun sets, we have an amazing fireworks show over our city beach!
